Questions about official Milam County criminal records should go to the agency that created or maintains the document. This privately run resource cannot retrieve records. The contacts below route court cases, bookings, police reports, and statewide criminal histories to the appropriate office in Cameron or the relevant Texas agency.

This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot run an official check, retrieve or alter a criminal record, accept an expunction filing, or act for Milam County or the State of Texas.

Need an Official Record?

Use the record type and court level to select the custodian:

  • Felony court files: Milam County District Clerk, 102 S. Fannin Ave., third floor, Cameron, TX 76520; 254-697-7052; Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed noon to 1 p.m.
  • Class A and B misdemeanor files: Milam County Clerk, 806 N. Crockett St., Suite A, Cameron, TX 76520; 254-697-7049; Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Arrest, booking, and jail material: Milam County Sheriff Records, 512 N. Jefferson Ave., Suite A, Cameron, TX 76520; 254-697-7033; administrative hours weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with inmate information by phone around the clock.
  • Statewide criminal history: Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division and its public Criminal History Conviction Search.
  • Police reports: the Cameron, Rockdale, Thorndale, or other agency that wrote the incident report.
  • City citations: the issuing municipal court or justice court, not the District Clerk.

The Sheriff requires a written request for existing records. Include a case number when known, dates, involved parties, contact details, and a delivery choice. For a filed court result, use the correct clerk or the Milam County court case lookup. Confirm copy and certification costs before ordering because the official research did not locate a complete countywide fee schedule.
